Hours per week: Flexible – full and part time positions available Salary: £12.60 per hour This is £26,280 per annum. (FTE is 40 hours per week, pro rata for part time.) Employment type:Permanent We are looking for an experienced Support Worker to assist a fun and lively young woman who lives in her own home close to St Ives. This is a 2:1 role so you will work alongside another colleague so that our daughter’s needs can be met. Our daughter’s disability means she relies on you for absolutely everything but her determination, happiness and smile shine through which is infectious. Main responsibilities To provide person-centred support to the people who use our services. To follow the support plans of the people we support and any other relevant documentation To support all people in line with their individual communication needs Assist with daily activities, which may include medication administration, and personal hygiene. Maintain open communication with the people we support, their families and within the staffing team to ensure needs are met effectively.
