Better Healthcare are one of the region’s leading suppliers to some of the country’s largest care groups and require Residential Support Worker to work in a support living service with adults with learning difficulties, autism, mental health issues, etc.

We are now recruiting for Residential Support Worker in St Ives, for a small home with capacity for 3 female residents. This is a new home, newly refurbished and offers a nice atmosphere.

We offer half and long day shifts of 7 and 15 hours every day of the week, plus sleep-ins, making it a perfect workplace for the Residential Support Workers who want flexible but stable hours. Our Residential Support Workers will be doing 1-to-1s and loneworking at times, so must be confident and experienced.

The client will block book shifts for you in advance, which will give you the certainty of work every week and allow you to plan the personal life ahead.

**Residential Support Worker duties include**:

- Supporting with daily activities
- Serving meals and helping residents
- Updating and maintaining records
- Companionship
- Providing personal care (on rare occasions)
