With over 10,000 projects nationwide and a 95% planning approval rate, we make architecture accessible and transparent through a digital platform that brings design, planning and build support together. We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to drive Resi’s next phase of growth by building and scaling high‑value partnerships that bring new homeowners into the Resi ecosystem. Our ideal Partnerships Manager is commercial, organised and proactive, with strong outreach and pitching skills and an eye for building mutually beneficial partnerships. You will deliver measurable growth with clear volume, quality and ROI targets, taking ownership of outreach, activation and optimisation to turn partnerships into a scalable acquisition channel. Reporting directly into our Head of Marketing, you will work as part of the marketing team to identify, engage and grow relationships with estate agents, mortgage brokers, builders, content publishers and other trusted partners, and your success will be measured through partnerships that directly contribute to Resi’s extension completion targets and overall growth goals. Responsibilities Partner Recruitment and Activation: Identify new referral, co‑marketing and content partners in London and across the UK, supporting market expansion starting with Manchester. Develop compelling propositions, pitch partnership ideas, negotiate terms and onboard partners through pilots with clear success metrics. Partner Management and Growth: Nurture relationships to ensure strong performance, satisfaction and ongoing activity. Plan and deliver joint marketing and content initiatives while driving continuous improvement and partner engagement. Provide co‑branded materials, campaign toolkits and performance insights. Support integration of partner tools such as APIs, widgets and tracking links. Performance and Reporting: Track key KPIs including referrals, conversion rate and New Paying Users (NPU) volume. Analyse results, share learnings across teams and recommend actions to maximise ROI and partner performance. Work with marketing and finance to model partner productivity, incentive structures and ROI. About You Previous experience (and success) in partnerships, business development or commercial growth roles Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders Strong communication and relationship building skills Confidence negotiating contracts and revenue models Comfortable working with data and performance metrics Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects A self‑starter who enjoys ownership and seeing results Nice to haves Experience in PropTech, home improvement or marketplace environments Experience with partnership landscape mapping and strategy An understanding of different partnership models such as traditional affiliate marketing (CPL, CPA, revenue share) Familiarity with pipeline management through CRM tools like HubSpot and analytics platforms Why Join Resi?
