Help coordinate Workstyle Revolution’s joyful festive video. Use your creative or project‑coordination experience to bring ideas, people and logistics together for a fun, values‑led festive project. With professional support in coordination or videography, we can create a polished, engaging video that reflects our mission, strengthens relationships with partners and volunteers, and shares personalised, trust‑based working with wider audiences. Your expertise will ensure the process runs smoothly and the final video amplifies our energy and impact. Qualifications Minimum of three years’ professional experience in at least one of the following: Project or event coordination Creative or content production Campaigns or marketing Communications or digital storytelling Event, film or media production Confident planning small projects, working independently, and communicating clearly. Experience working with charities or social enterprises is welcomed. Responsibilities Lead the coordination of Workstyle Revolution’s 2025 Christmas video. Pull together ideas from the team and shape them into a simple storyboard or plan. Liaise with the videographer on logistics, timing and location. Communicate clearly with contributors about where they need to be and what they need to do. Support a fun, inclusive and values‑aligned creative process. Troubleshoot small issues calmly and keep the project running smoothly.
