About the Role The Client Success Manager partners with SMB customers to drive adoption of the SAP Concur platform and associated services, demonstrates value, and delivers business outcomes. High satisfaction and retention within the client base are essential. Primary responsibilities include: Proactively contact clients to uncover opportunities for increased utilization and adoption and upsell. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and clients. Identify challenges or concerns and coordinate with appropriate internal departments to provide solutions. Implement strategies to increase utilization, adoption, and contractual compliance across client portfolio. Manage business strategies that contribute to key metrics: retention, upselling, and expansion. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze trends and ensure client interests are fairly represented. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Comply with all corporate policies. Education, Experience & Training Preferences BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in client service capacity with high interaction with internal/external clients. Software, finance or travel industry experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication, including negotiation skills. Client‑focused attitude and advocacy when resolving issues. Proven engagement with internal teams to resolve client issues.
