Key Responsibilities Consistently achieve and/or exceed monthly and quarterly budgets and KPIs through proactive selling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques. Put forward marketing initiatives for the boutique to drive awareness, footfall, and sales to the Boutique Manager. Be presentable, in line with company guidelines, on the shop floor and when representing the brand. Demonstrate ability to proactively recruit new clientele. Provide customers with product knowledge and recommendations on which Bremont products best suit their needs. Cultivate and maintain good relationships with existing clients. Ensure a best‑in‑class client experience acting as an ambassador for the company and deliver consistent first‑class customer service and after‑sales experience to increase and retain customer loyalty. Ensure live chats are attended to daily in line with company expectations. Use excellent written skills for all client and internal communication, responding swiftly and providing accurate information. Show flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, and provide support at other boutiques when required. Ensure events run smoothly by assisting with set‑up and take‑down, meeting and greets guests, and finding opportunities to build client relationships. Receive and distribute service/repair watches and liaise with Customer Service to ensure great customer service and follow‑up throughout the process. Take pride in the boutique environment with visual merchandising and ensure the boutique meets model store standards. Actively participate in in‑store events, trunk shows, and promotional activities to generate excitement and sales. Address customer concerns with grace and professionalism, finding solutions to maintain satisfaction. Stay updated on current fashion trends and industry news to inform customer interactions. Embody the brand image through professional demeanor, attire, and communication style. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure a smooth checkout experience. Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with clients through regular communication, personalized attention, and follow‑ups. Adhere to all store policies, procedures, and legal requirements, including returns, exchanges, and counterfeit detection. Be vigilant about store security, protecting high‑value items and preventing theft or fraud. Ensure compliance with GDPR data protection requirements and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Work as part of a team, collaborating with associates, managers, and support staff to ensure smooth store operations. Person Specification A hard‑working and reliable attitude. Proven success working in a fast‑paced and changing environment and delivering against objectives. Effective merchandising skills and attention to detail. Minimum 2 years of luxury retail experience. Strong grasp of both mainstream and niche watch brands. Self‑motivated with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation and written skills. Extensive IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with at least intermediate Excel proficiency.
