Key skills: Methodical and practical approach to troubleshooting Solid experience in soldering, PCB work, and circuit‑level repairs Confidence working with both off‑the‑shelf and bespoke instruments Understanding of safety and workshop best practice Collaborative attitude with willingness to support team members and work independently Formal qualifications are welcome but not essential if significant relevant experience can be demonstrated. We value practical expertise, curiosity, and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
