You’ll help guide clients to the right technology, boost online traffic to digital platforms, process orders, and support the full sales cycle — all while bringing your creative marketing flair to the table.This is more than a desk job — you'll also be onsite for key exhibitions, supporting client needs in person and ensuring a seamless experience.What You’ll Be DoingDrive exhibitor engagement via targeted marketing campaigns (e.g. Mailchimp)Contact and consult with prospective clients by email and phone to discuss AV needsCreate detailed, tailored quotations and proposalsProcess orders via direct client contact and online webshopsAttend larger events onsite to support clients and order coordinationUse the company CRM system for order tracking, updates, and reportingSupervise and support the exhibitor sales teamCollaborate across departments to deliver excellent serviceWhat We’re Looking ForProven sales track record with commercial awarenessExperience supervising or leading team membersStrong communicator with excellent written and verbal skillsA creative and curious mindset – ideally with experience using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative SuiteComfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of working in a fast-paced environmentA genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learnExperience in events, exhibitions, or AV is highly beneficialWhat’s In It for You?Competitive salaryCommission and bonus schemePrivate medical insuranceEV car scheme & season ticket loan optionsFlexible working hoursBike2Work schemeTraining and development opportunitiesPension scheme, plus the option to buy/sell holidaysThis is a predominantly office-based role (Monday–Friday) at a vibrant location in Islington, with occasional travel to exhibition centres.This client is an equal opportunities employer and encourages applications from all backgrounds and communities.
