About the role Transfer Practitioner – critical care experience – part time. The role supports Transfer Doctors in the safe transfer of critically ill adults across the East of England Critical Care Network. The service operates 24/7 to provide emergency treatment, escalation of care, capacity management and repatriations from Emergency Departments and Intensive Care Units. Key responsibilities Support Transfer Doctors in the transfer of critically ill adults. Transfer critically unwell adults between hospitals for emergency treatment, escalation of care, capacity and repatriations. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe transfer of this group of patients.
