The Role We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Membership Sales Manager to join our team. You will recruit, train and lead a team of Membership Advisors, driving sales and membership growth through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media. You’ll manage the sales process from lead generation to follow‑up, ensuring that potential members understand the benefits and costs of joining. Working closely with the Event Sales Manager, you’ll help maintain the Club’s calendar and promote local sales initiatives. In addition, you’ll take on Duty Manager shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing leadership when needed. If you have experience in membership sales, leadership, and driving results, we’d love to hear from you. Join us to make an impact and grow within our vibrant team Experience & Skills Required: Degree in a related field (business, hospitality management, public relations or sales etc) is desirable. Experience in sales management. Ability to exemplify exceptional service standards and exceed guest expectations. Strong communication skills. An excellent standard of presentation is essential. Schedule: We operate a 7‑days a week business, between 0600 to 2300. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays.
