**Responsibilities of our Inside Sales Specialist / Representative**:

- Promoting and upselling our services and products to existing customers
- Developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations.
- Analysing and identifying the latent potential in our existing customers
- Building awareness of customer business and perceived needs
- Identifying target contacts to engage
- Developing appropriate messaging and preparing content for target personas
