Pay Range This range is provided by Castle Royle Golf & Country Club. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Base Pay £22,500.00 - £24,500.00 per annum. The Role Our Club is seeking a responsible and attentive Lifeguard to supervise customers in and around our swimming pool. Responsibilities include: Ensure the safety of all pool users by enforcing policies, guidelines, and safety procedures. Monitor pool activities at all times and promptly address any concerns. Administer first aid, rescue swimmers in distress, and provide CPR or artificial respiration when required. Oversee pool usage to keep within safe limits and report any health and safety concerns to the Fitness & Wellbeing Manager. Assist with maintaining a clean pool area, including related facilities. Keep changing rooms, bathrooms, showers tidy and store personal belongings safely at the end of each day. Experience & Skills Required Lifeguard experience desirable. CPR, First Aid, or AED certified. National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) certified is an advantage. Schedule We operate a 7‑days a week business, between 0600 to 2300. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours – weekends and bank holidays. Location Kiln Green, England, United Kingdom.
