As an Account Executive, you know how to sell innovation and value to existing customers, identify new use cases and grow consumption and can guide deals forward to compress decision cycles. You love understanding a product in depth and are passionate about communicating its value to customers and partners. You will be offered huge potential for career progression with the pace of the team's growth.You will report to the Director, Enterprise Sales South Africa and Qatar.The role is based in London, and you will operate in a fly-in/ fly-out model.The impact you will haveAssess your territory and develop a successful execution strategyExceed activity and quarterly revenue targetsTrack all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in SalesforceIdentify new use case opportunities and showcase value to existing customersPromote the value of the Databricks' Data Intelligence PlatformOrchestrate and utilise our field engineering teams to ensure valuable outcomes for clientsBuild and demonstrate value with all engagements to guide successful negotiations to close pointWhat we look forExtensive understanding of the data platform, open source and cloud ecosystemsHighly skilled in prospecting research and ability to map out key stakeholdersDemonstrated success in Value Selling and developing a mutual action planAbility to influence decision-making and strategy with customer leadership teamsAbility to establish credibility with the C-suiteAdept in selling to technical buyersExperience growing consumption and closing commit deals in a direct sales roleMastery of MEDDPICCBachelor's Degree or relevant work experienceFluency in English and in Arabic requiredAbout Databricks #J-18808-Ljbffr
