Then get ready to join the ENGEL team and become part of the next chapter in our history as we continue to grow the business in North America Position Information Job Summary The HR Generalist works collaboratively with the HR Manager to deliver effective support for ENGEL North America’s onsite and virtual workforce of approximately 250 team members. This role is responsible for delivering a broad range of human resources services, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee development initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide timely and professional support to ensure a positive team member experience in various HR-related topics. Support ongoing HR initiatives such as process improvements, employee communications and policy updates. Partner with the HR Manager to support full cycle recruiting efforts. Assist in administering benefit programs and supporting annual open enrollment. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, maintain comprehensive training documentation, and track completion to ensure compliance. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data by processing updates and personnel changes. Assist in managing HR, Time and Attendance and Payroll software systems, including onboarding new team members, updating roles and maintaining system records. Maintain employee files and records, generate reports and provide administrative support to the HR Manager as needed. Stay up to date on federal, state, and local employment laws and assist in implementing compliant HR practices and policies. Qualifications Educational/Training Requirement Associate's degree preferred. Experience Four (4) years' relevant experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Skilled in logical problem solving with ability to organize and move projects forward in an orderly and structured fashion Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
