The role As a Maintenance Manager, you’ll lead and support a dedicated team to deliver an effective regime of planned and reactive maintenance across the Royal School of Military Engineering(RSME) Minley estate. This is a role where your leadership will directly impact operational readiness and safety, while giving you the opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic environment. This is a senior role reporting direct to the leadership team. Day-to-day you’ll be required to : Manage and support a team of supervisors, engineers, and admin staff. Oversee delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and building fabric disciplines. Strong knowledge of health and safety in the built environment. Qualifications for the Maintenance Manager Trade qualification or time-served experience. Full UK driving licence.
