Regional Senior Operations Contract Lead (Criminal Justice) Advance, Lydbury North, England, United Kingdom – a women‑only organisation dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic abuse. Key Information Salary: £38,000 (subject to negotiation) Hours: 35 hours per week Contract: Permanent Location: Flexible – up to two days remote; three days on site in Caversham, Portsmouth or Bedfordshire. Requires presence in Women’s Centres, HMP Peterborough and HMP Bronzefield, monthly Head Office visit. About the Role As a senior manager with proven leadership in service delivery to women in the criminal justice system, you will manage complex projects, develop and expand services and partnerships, lead staff, ensure financial and regulatory compliance, and drive outcomes for advanced funders. Responsibilities Manage criminal justice projects and oversee service delivery to women in contact with the criminal justice system. Collaborate with partners and funders to develop services and secure funding. Lead and supervise criminal justice managers and other operational staff. Maintain budgets, comply with financial regulations and policies, and meet funding requirements. Ensure high‑quality service standards through quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation. Qualifications and Experience Deep knowledge of the criminal justice system, particularly concerning women. Strong safeguarding knowledge, child abuse and child protection principles. Experience in line management, project management and strategic planning at senior service level. Experience working with service users with complex needs in custody or community. Proven ability to build relationships with funders/commissioners and achieve outcomes. Experience implementing quality assurance frameworks, monitoring, evaluation and impact measurement. Excellent influencing, negotiation, communication and presentation skills, and a proactive solution‑oriented approach. Strong partnership building and conflict resolution abilities.
