In this role, you'll lead a team to deliver high‑quality tenancy and neighbourhood management services across our Localities Portfolio. You'll be responsible for day‑to‑day operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to support sustainable communities. What you will do You will manage performance, risk, and drive innovation and continuous improvement. You will respond to complaints and enquiries, lead on audits, and contribute to strategic projects. You will work closely with Property Care and other teams to deliver seamless services across the localities model, support complex tenancy cases, lead meetings, and build relationships with key partners such as local authorities and the police. Location The role is based in Worcester, with regular work in our Worcester office and a mix of patch work and working from home. You will also need a strong geographic and socio‑economic knowledge of Worcester and a willingness to learn about the area you’ll be supporting. Qualifications Proven leadership experience managing teams, driving performance, and supporting staff wellbeing and development. Strong knowledge of housing law, tenancy management, safeguarding, and community engagement, with the ability to apply this in practice. Full UK driving licence and based within the Worcestershire area. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels. Organised and resilient, capable of handling multiple priorities across a wide geographical area and using technology to improve service delivery. Educated to degree level or equivalent (e.g., CIH Level 4 or CPD). Passionate and solution‑focused leader, committed to delivering outstanding housing services and motivating teams to achieve positive outcomes.
