This role delivers coaching, teaching and assessment for apprentices across Learning & Development Practitioner Level 3, Learning & Development Consultant Level 5, and HR Support Level 3. The role requires an experienced practitioner able to provide high-quality virtual delivery, personalised coaching, and compliant progress monitoring. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment for L&D and HR standards (Levels 3–5) Provide tailored 1 : 1 coaching and progress reviews Conduct observations, professional discussions, and KSB-aligned assessments Prepare apprentices for Gateway and EPA Maintain accurate e-portfolio records and timely feedback Complete monthly visit forms and 10-week reviews Ensure compliance with Ofsted EIF and DfE funding rules Work collaboratively with IQA and delivery colleagues Build strong relationships with employers to ensure workplace support Provide pastoral support and guidance to learners Contribute to curriculum development and standardisation Essential Criteria Occupational experience in Learning & Development and / or HR roles Experience delivering L&D Practitioner L3, L&D Consultant L5, and HR Support L3 Strong track record of apprenticeship delivery and EPA preparation Teaching qualification (AET Level 3 or above) Assessor qualification (CAVA or equivalent) Strong understanding of KSBs, OTJ requirements and apprenticeship compliance Desirable Criteria Experience engaging with Ofsted inspections Coaching or mentoring qualifications Safeguarding and Compliance This organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
