**Responsibilities**:

- Create and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to the individual learning needs and goals of each student.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and motivation.
- Monitor student progress, provide regular feedback, and adjust teaching methods as needed to ensure academic improvement.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and the Oakley Tutors team to address any concerns or feedback regarding the tutoring sessions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring students in a one-on-one setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential.
