The Role You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners on high-value, often cross-border corporate matters. The team advises a broad range of clients including major PLCs, private equity houses, emerging growth companies, and financial institutions. Your work will include: Advising on a wide range of corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, reorganisations, and equity investments Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision Leading on certain workstreams within larger, complex deals Drafting and negotiating key documents such as SPAs, shareholder agreements, and investment documents Working directly with clients and supporting business development initiatives Supervising juniors where required and contributing to team development About You We're seeking a strong, proactive Corporate Associate who can bring both technical excellence and commercial awareness to the team.
