The firm is committed to professional development, diversity & inclusion, flexible working, and a robust benefits offering.Job DescriptionThe Corporate Associate will be:Leading aspects of M&A, private equity, joint venture and corporate reorganisation transactionsDrafting, negotiating and advising on shareholder agreements, acquisition documents, and governance structuresLiaising with clients, funders, counterparties and other stakeholders to deliver seamless executionProviding legal due diligence and advising on risk, structure and documentationSupporting business development and contributing to team growth initiativesThe Successful ApplicantThe Corporate Associate should be:A solicitor (or equivalent) with 1-5 PQE in corporate / transaction workExperienced in handling M&A, PE, JV, or restructuring transactionsStrong commercial judgment and ability to manage complexity across multi‑jurisdictional dealsExcellent drafting, negotiation and presentation skillsComfortable working independently and as part of a teamAble to build and maintain client relationships and contribute to business developmentWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary from £60k (dependent on experience) plus benefits.
