Location Open to candidates living in the North West, West Midlands or Buckinghamshire/Greater London, commuting to our sites. Role Overview As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the commercial aspects of multiple projects, support successful delivery, ensure contractual compliance and collaborate with stakeholders and the commercial team. Robust commercial management: oversight of financial performance, cost control, procurement processes and accurate financial logs and reports. Collaboration with customers and stakeholders to support project delivery, meet contractual terms and achieve business plan commitments. Team collaboration: manage your own project and partner with the commercial team to identify efficiencies.
