Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor to join our team and play a pivotal role in project delivery and strategic business growth. As a Senior / Associate, you will take full responsibility for multiple complex projects, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff. This role is a key strategic hire, reporting directly to the Managing Director, with clear opportunities for career progression. Primary Responsibilities Lead full project delivery from inception to completion, acting as Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent. Act as the primary client contact, fostering long‑term relationships and ensuring exceptional service. Drive business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and contributing to marketing and growth strategies. Mentor junior team members and support their technical and professional development. Skills / Requirements Extensive experience in a consultancy environment providing the QS/EA role across multiple sectors. Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools. Exceptional commercial awareness and advanced contract knowledge. Communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage key clients, contractors, and internal teams. Strong independent judgement with the proven ability to make informed, high‑stakes decisions and drive project success. Package Competitive Salary, negotiable based on seniority and experience level.
