The role involves working with clients to support the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft 365 tools. Responsibilities include assisting with configuration, providing guidance on usage, and applying best practices to help organisations improve collaboration, communication, and productivity. The position will involve working with technologies such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva Engage, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, M365 Copilot and agents). Responsibilities Work as part of the wider FSP project team to deliver technical solutions to clients Document requirements and advise/consult with customers on their business needs Configure relevant products to customer requirements Produce technical artefacts including administration guides and configuration documents Stay up to date with the latest technology developments and promote these within your projects Share knowledge as part of the FSP technical community Qualifications Working towards a Degree in a relevant subject area as part of a course requiring an industrial placement Passion for technology Able to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical people Able to capture end‑user requirements, design, code, test, correct and document programs Able to assist in the investigation and resolution of problems Possess strong IT skills Strong alignment with FSP values and ethos Commitment to teamwork, quality and mutual success Proactivity with an ability to operate with pace and energy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dedication to excellence and quality About FSP FSP is a leading consultancy specialising in Digital, Security and AI solutions.
