i2 Group, a Harris Computer company, are currently recruiting for a Technical Consultant (Professional Services Consultant).

This position can be based remotely within the UK.
The Professional Services Consultant will build and maintain professional relationships and become a trusted advisor with clients (business and process owners throughout the organization), partners, vendors, and internal team members.
Responsibilities will include:
Develop project documentation, standard operating procedures, testing cases, and other documentation during and after building on implementation tasks (as needed).
Support Project Managers in managing engagement contracts, identifying & escalating bottlenecks, prevent out of scope items and project progress updates.
Provide outstanding customer service and resolve client issues throughout the implementation process.
Understand clients' business processes and configure the software based on an i2 Architect’s Solution Design.
Provide training and enablement in iBase, Analyst's Notebook and Analyst Tradecraft.
Build our clients' capabilities, encouraging them to achieve success beyond their expectations by identifying opportunities for recommending additional products and services that fit the needs of our clients.
Required Knowledge/Experience:
- This is a customer-facing role, should be comfortable interfacing directly with customers.
- Experience of iBase and/or Analyst's Notebook in a production environment either as a Power user or Administrator
- Understanding of Windows Server Environments, including awareness of OS Scripting / Automation.
- Understanding of Link Analysis/Network Analysis.
- Understanding / awareness of, installation and configuration of Microsoft SQL Server (or other major RDBMS)
- Experience with ETL either using an ETL tool (SSIS, Talend, AWS Glue, i2 iBase Import Specifications), or as a manual process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
- The ability to learn on the fly, customer focused, and can manage competing priorities
Preferred Knowledge/Experience:
- Experience in development of training materials, specifically around Analytical products and scenarios.
- Demonstrable experience in Intelligence Analysis and managing data to achieve an analytical aim.
- Knowledge / Understanding / Experience of
- Data science such as using Python libraries (Pandas, Vaex, etc) to compartmentalise data for analytical uses.
- Jupyter Notebooks.
- Graph databases, such as Neo4J.
- Large scale data stores, such as Elastic Search or Hadoop
