Produce clear and accurate technical documentation and detailed client reports. About You You’re a proactive, solutions-focused IT professional who thrives in a fast‑paced MSP environment. You’re comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. Collaborative by nature but confident working independently, you take pride in solving challenges, communicating clearly, and delivering tangible results that make a difference. Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience providing 3rd line technical support (ideally within an MSP). Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies — Windows Desktop, Server, Office 365, Azure, Entra. In-depth understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, and major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Hands‑on experience with virtualisation tools such as Hyper‑V or VMware. Sound knowledge of LAN / WAN / Wi‑Fi, server hardware, storage, and backup / recovery systems. Strong grasp of IT security, data protection, and endpoint management. Experience with Veeam, Datto, and SharePoint is advantageous. Qualifications Minimum of five GCSEs and two A Levels (or equivalent).
