Designing and leading workshops with senior client stakeholders Work with clients to implement best in class creative processes Develop compelling ad concepts for paid-media (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snap) Write briefs for content creators Establish testing frameworks for our clients to incrementally make their ad concepts better Analyse performance data to refine and optimise strategies over time. Comfortable working with data & liaising with media managers to draw creative answers Serve as the main creative liaison for client communication and presentations. Skills and experience Min four years experience. A strong portfolio of work including examples across Meta and TikTok. Deep understanding of best practices for creating paid-media ads. Performance mindset, with ability to use on/off platform metrics as signals to inform your work. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
