CREATIVE STRATEGIST

REPORTS TO DIRECTOR OF GROWTH

**Salary**: £55k-65k

THE ROLE.

Join Found at a time of considerable growth and play a key role in developing creative strategies that deliver engagement and performance. This role on Found’s New Business team will involve working closely with our Digital Strategist and performance teams to tie together audience strategy and performance expertise with creative brilliance.

Reporting into the Director of Growth you’ll support across pitch-stage creative strategies. The goal: To inspire our prospective clients with a creative vision which our performance and design teams can bring to life across the full funnel.

Our biggest verticals are retail e-commerce, travel/hotels and a mix of B2B sectors, experience in retail is essential, and if you’ve worked across travel & B2B spaces in the past, that’s a bonus

As our first creative strategist hire at Found you’ll have the opportunity to shape how this offering develops, whilst having the full support of our new-business and performance teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

REVENUE GROWTH & CONVERSION RATE
- Lead on creative research and insight and translate this insight into an engaging creative vision across our proposals.
- Work collaboratively with multiple teams at Found to gather data and insight for your creative strategy.
- Ideation and development of creative visions, concepts and campaigns for prospective clients which clearly demonstrate our proposed strategies. Defining what assets, messaging and formats we’ll utilise across our campaigns.
- Understand the nuances between varying briefs and businesses and develop strategies which engage client stakeholders across the spectrum.
- Own the creative narrative in the pitch, engaging stakeholders and gaining buy-in from decision makers and influencers.
- Provide creative handovers to the performance teams once new business is secured, giving them the tools they need to deliver against your creative vision.
- Engage in quarterly meetings with our performance teams, analysing and iterating on our creative strategies. Providing consultation, direction and strategy for the performance teams.

- Drive a step-change in our ability to tie creative testing & development into our pitch narratives & ongoing campaigns
