Your mission Role Overview The Senior Revenue Systems Manager will act as the primary technical owner for our core revenue systems. This includes Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and any connected systems supporting GTM and Finance workflows. This is both a hands‑on and strategic role: you will manage end‑to‑end systems administration, automation, and integrations, while also setting the long‑term roadmap for scalability, automation, data integrity, and process alignment across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operational teams. Key Responsibilities System Ownership & Architecture Lead design, development and day‑to‑day management of the revenue tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Maxio, Dock and associated tools) Define and maintain integration architecture between GTM, Finance, and Analytics platforms to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and compliance Proactively search for, evaluate and implement new tools that improve productivity and data insights. Process Design & Automation Build scalable automation and workflows to eliminate manual work and improve operational efficiency. Design a comprehensive database and tooling strategy that seamlessly integrates Product and GTM data and insights, enabling a unified view of performance, customer behavior, and growth opportunities. Adopting a documentation first approach, document and enforce system and process standards across the organization. Data & Reporting Maintain data integrity across all revenue systems. Collaborate with Product Development to design and implement a scalable data infrastructure that effectively connects Product and Revenue systems. Collaborate with RevOps and Finance to design dashboards and forecasting frameworks that inform business decisions. Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure consistent metric definitions across tools. Stakeholder Enablement Act as the bridge between business users and technical systems, translating business requirements into technical solutions Coach GTM stakeholders on tool best practices, process discipline, and system usage Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on how to leverage systems for scale and insight Strategy & Leadership Own the technical roadmap for Revenue Operations, balancing short‑term delivery with long‑term scalability. Help define and drive governance around data, automation, and permissions across GTM and Operational teams. Contribute to company‑wide initiatives around AI literacy, data ethics, and system reliability. Help define and measure Your profile Qualifications & Experience 6+ years’ experience in Revenue Systems, RevOps, or equivalent roles within B2B SaaS environments. Advanced proven expertise in Salesforce (minimum Certified Advanced Administrator) and HubSpot (additional certifications a plus). Experience working with other systems, such as Dock and Clay, is an advantage. Proven experience in architecting integrations across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and finance platforms. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and operating in a fast‑paced SaaS environment. Deep understanding of revenue lifecycle processes Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Experience working with Finance systems (e.g., Maxio, Xero, Mosaic) is an advantage. Competencies (Based on Datamaran’s RevOps Framework) Tooling Mastery : Designs scalable, reusable automations and integrations; defines tool governance and vendor strategy. Analytical Ability : Translates data into insights and recommendations; builds predictive and scenario models. Stakeholder Alignment : Synthesizes complex data into executive‑ready narratives; drives cross‑functional alignment. AI Literacy : Embeds responsible AI use into GTM workflows.
