What you\u2019ll be doing: Supporting young adults with complex learning, sensory, and communication needs in a residential setting. Working collaboratively with education, clinical, and care teams to ensure consistent, person-centred support. Helping individuals reach their potential by encouraging independence, building trust, and creating a safe and caring environment. What we\u2019re looking for: Supporting individuals with complex needs. A genuine passion for care, patience, and resilience. A relevant Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or willingness to work towards it). A strong team player committed to making a real difference. Shift Pattern: Full-time: 3 shifts per week, including alternate weekends. Mix of early and late starts.
