Salary

Starting salary potential £24,903 per annum

(£21,255 annual salary) + (£2,340 3 sleep in shifts per month) + (£1,308 enhancement for 40 weekend hours per month.)
- *Figures based on base salary of _£21,255 _per annum, working full time (37.5 hours per week) + £65 per sleep, calculated for three sleep in per month and 25% hourly enhanced pay for weekend shift._

We are looking for caring, positive and professional Support Care Workers. No previous care experience is needed just a passion for providing care and support and working in a friendly and busy environment. Full training is provided as is the opportunityto work towards L4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner course.

About the role
- As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide a fun and nurturing environment giving young people the opportunity to experience a lasting sense of achievement and happiness.
- Working as part of a residential care team you will provide support for individuals with their physical, health, emotional and social needs with an emphasis on promoting independence.
- As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for administration of medication, daily reporting and personal care within morning and evening routines.
- You will communicate effectively with parents and carers building positive relationships with families and other professionals.
- Residential Support Workers may be required to assist with aspects of personal care, such as getting dressed and bathing.
