Our acquisition strategy is backed with significant capital from firms including The Raine Group, Makers Fund, Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), QIA, Dune Ventures, and MIT.Our top games include:Brookhaven, #1 Roleplay game on Roblox and the most popular game on the Roblox platformDriving Empire, the #1 driving game on Roblox where we’ve brought real cars into the game in partnership with automakersNFL Universe Football, the #1 American football game and top grossing sports game on Roblox.Core Responsibilities:Ideation of brand activationsCreation of pitch decks and sales materialsAccount management and client servicingRenewal of existing accountsActing as the main liaison between Voldex, internal game teams, and partnersROLE BREAKDOWNIdeate & CreateIdeate concepts that brands will connect with based on their needs and objectives.Create compelling, customized pitch decks tailored to each brand’s target audience.Present the value proposition of advertising within our games to potential clients.Account ManagementServe as the main liaison between Voldex, sales partners, clients, and game teams.Manage partnerships across Brookhaven, Driving Empire, and NFL Universe Football.Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and updates.Ensure client needs are met while respecting game teams’ time and capacity.Opportunity IdentificationIdentify opportunities in the market with new and existing brands.Stay on top of trends in the industry, including partnerships across Roblox, Fortnite, and other gaming verticals (mobile, console).RenewalsIdentify and execute opportunities for renewing partnerships with existing clients.Drive incremental growth from active accounts through identifying new opportunities.Requirements:2+ years of experience in partnerships, ideally within Roblox.Knowledge of gaming, preferably UGC platforms (Roblox, Fortnite).Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex projects.Nice to Have:Prior experience in gaming partnerships, account management, or ad sales.Experience with media agencies, rights holders, or entertainment brands.Background in managing multi-region or global accounts.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)Bonus Points For:Familiarity with Roblox activations or integrations.Ability to design or edit creative materials (pitch decks, mockups, case studies).Prior experience closing renewals or upsells with measurable impact.Tech Stack:Not required, but Voldex uses:Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint (for pitch decks)Monday.com, Google Sheets (for pipeline & project tracking)Google Sheets/Snowflake/dbt/Tableau (data review with analysts)Voldex is an equal opportunity employer.
