As well as the relevant skills and experience were looking for people who are innovative commercial and value the work that they do.Senior Client Program Manager EMEAThe Senior Client Program Manager supports the strategic client portfolio across the EMEAPAC region working closely with the Director of Client Development. This role requires a trusted team player who can quickly build strong relationships with senior partners BD colleagues peers and junior team members.The Program Manager maintains oversight of key client activities ensuring alignment across accounts analysing data tracking budgets and supporting program delivery. With a mix of strategic insight operational discipline and interpersonal skills they help drive effective client service and relationship development.This role is a 12 month FTC.Key responsibilitiesClient Portfolio ManagementSupport the Director and Client Development Board (CDB) in refreshing and embedding the client program across EMEAPAC.Collaborate with Finance to analyse relationship data and help the CDB assess profitability opportunities and strategic alignment.Recommend actions to improve client service and strengthen relationships.Ensure client commitments (secondments tender promises) are fulfilled and leveraged.Help implement a refreshed client feedback program.Support firm-wide projects aimed at enhancing the client experience.Client planningAssist the Director in driving strategic client planning across the portfolio.Align client strategies with growth priorities across sectors practices and offices in collaboration with the Director and Director of Business Development.Collaboration & insight sharing across the client portfolioDocument relationship meetings and share insights with relevant stakeholders.Engage with secondees to capture and disseminate client intelligence.Identify and report on client and market trends across the portfolio.Development of client products and offerings that enhance the client experienceWorking with the Marketing and Knowledge team to ensure our campaigns and events are closely aligned with our clients needsWorking with the global BD&M team to ensure key contacts are considered for all relevant events.Working with the leaders of the firms diversity & inclusion and CSR initiatives to partner with clients and integrate these activities within our client relationship management program.Working with the leaders of our innovation and NRF Transform teams to optimise the delivery of legal advice.Partner with Marketing and Knowledge teams to align campaigns and events with client needsCoordinate with the global BD&M team to ensure key contacts are included in relevant initiatives.Work with leaders in Diversity & Inclusion CSR Innovation and NRF Transform to integrate client-focused initiatives and optimise service delivery.Client budget and reportingManage the client budget in partnership with M&Bd leadership including approvals and spend tracking.Review and improve reporting processes for strategic clients to ensure efficiency and reduce administrative burden.People developmentLine manage and support the development of one Client Relationship Executive.Skills and experiences requiredClient development experience ideally within the legal services sector or professional servicesStrong interpersonal skillsDriven energetic self-starterLine management experience- proven ability to manage and support the development of team membersProject managementDiversity Equity and InclusionTo attract the best people we strive to create a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone can bring their whole selves to work have a sense of belonging and realize their full career potential.Our new enabled work model allows our people to have more flexibility in the way they choose to work from both the office and a remote location while continuing to deliver the highest standards of service.
