The Head of Learning (EMEA) will play a pivotal role in onboarding, nurturing, and growing relationships with new and existing teachers across the EMEA region. Responsibilities Driving University Transformation Pioneer the Cadmus Journey: Lead full, end‑to‑end implementation and integration of the Cadmus platform across UK partner universities, ensuring flawless technical and academic alignment. Orchestrate Successful Rollouts: Coordinate rollout planning with university IT and dedicated project teams, delivering comprehensive stakeholder enablement across central administration and academic faculties. Forging Strategic Alliances Champion Senior Relationships: Cultivate leadership relationships in teaching and learning, positioning Cadmus as a vital partner in academic innovation. Design the Future of Pedagogy: Facilitate consultative conversations to understand institutional challenges and design scalable, pedagogically aligned solutions. Report & Accelerate Value: Lead product roadmap discussions, transparently report on milestones, and conduct quarterly business reviews to reinforce platform value and identify growth opportunities. Elevating Educator Impact Inspire Academic Excellence: Design and deliver high‑impact training and professional learning programs grounded in evidence‑based practices. Redefine Assessment Quality: Support educators in designing authentic assessments that promote deep student skill development. Guide and Optimise Practice: Provide ongoing guidance, usage insights, and post‑semester reviews to drive adoption and teaching quality. Leading a High‑Performance Team Build and Empower a World‑Class Team: Recruit, onboard, and directly lead Learning Design Managers. Cultivate Growth: Coach and mentor team members through structured feedback and development plans. Professional Skills & Experience Experience in higher education, EdTech, or a related industry. Customer success experience with product‑related inquiries and troubleshooting. Enthusiasm for designing and delivering engaging training sessions or workshops. Aptitude for building positive relationships across diverse settings. Interest in developing and evaluating assessments that align with learning objectives.
