As the Head of Maths, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an exceptional Maths curriculum, supporting and mentoring teachers, and fostering a love for literature and language among students. We are seeking a visionary leader who can inspire and guide both students and staff to reach their full potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the Maths department, providing guidance and support to teachers
- Develop and implement an engaging and rigorous Maths curriculum
- Collaborate with fellow academic leaders to enhance cross-curricular initiatives
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and implementing strategies for improvement
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Ensure the effective use of resources and technology within the department
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding students' academic performance
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of Maths education

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Maths or a related field
- Teaching certification and significant teaching experience
- Proven experience as a Head of Maths or in a similar leadership role
- Outstanding knowledge and understanding of the Maths curriculum
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students and staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of current educational trends and best practices
- Passion for English education and dedication to academic excellence
