About the Product The FIS® Asset Finance Solution is a modular, enterprise‑grade platform designed to digitize and automate the entire asset finance process. It enables financial institutions to manage leasing and asset‑based lending efficiently, with capabilities including: Origination & Onboarding – Streamline customer acquisition and improve engagement Credit & Risk Assessment – Automate decisioning and compliance checks Contract & Portfolio Management – Handle complex, multi‑currency portfolios and regulatory requirements Servicing & Collections – Optimize workflows for billing, payments, and arrears management Analytics & Reporting – Gain real‑time insights for better decision‑making With integrated workflows, advanced analytics, and open APIs, FIS empowers lenders to reduce operational risk, improve efficiency, and deliver a superior digital experience. Key Responsibilities Drive new client acquisition across UK and European financial institutions, focusing on asset finance and leasing solutions. Build and manage a high‑quality pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent progression through the sales cycle. Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to regional market dynamics and client needs. Engage with senior stakeholders to understand their asset finance challenges and position FIS as the solution of choice. Collaborate with internal product, solution, and delivery teams to craft compelling, client‑specific proposals. Stay informed on UK and European asset finance regulations, market trends, and competitive landscape. Promote the full capabilities of FIS Asset Finance solutions, including automation, compliance, and business intelligence tools. What You’ll Bring Proven sales experience in financial technology, with a focus on asset finance, leasing, or loan servicing. Strong understanding of the UK and European asset finance and credit landscape. Fluency in English plus one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian). A well‑established network within asset finance and leasing communities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
