Our store staff are knowledgeable and provide a helpful personal service. Location We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Gleneagles of Scotland, Glasgow. Our store is situated in one of Scotland’s most vibrant and culturally rich cities, known for its thriving shopping scene, friendly community, and historical architecture. Company pension Staff discount Key Responsibilities Support the Store Manager: Assist in the day-to-day running of the store ensuring costs are contained within targets. Drive Sales: Help maximise store profitability by promoting sales and identifying opportunities for growth. Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times. Team Development: Manage, coach and motivate the team to achieve targets and lead by example.Deputise for the Manager: Step in when required to ensure smooth store operations.
