What you'll be doing As a commercial colleague, you bring structure, insight, and connection within the Sales team and across internal departments. You play a key role in implementing commercial strategies, optimizing customer value, and ensuring effective collaboration. You manage a group of customers with growth potential, act as the internal point of contact for commercial questions, and continuously analyze data to refine our direction. You monitor progress, identify opportunities and risks, and support the Sales Manager in translating strategy into execution. A versatile role for someone who is confident, loves structure, and thrives on variety. Manage a select customer portfolio (“bronze & silver customers”) with a focus on relationship and potential. Act as the internal point of contact for customer inquiries; no active sales, but customer-focused coordination. Support the Sales Manager in strategic projects and commercial policy. Prepare monthly revenue analyses and reports: where are we falling behind, where are the opportunities? Monitor the sales funnel and analyze customer profitability. Identify contracts or customers that require extra attention. Actively manage the HubSpot CRM: structure data, enrich information, monitor tasks. Identify and communicate action points to the team. Perform light administrative tasks (e.g., document formatting, using DocuSign). Who you are You are proactive, structured, and analytically strong. You easily switch between strategy and operations. You’re not afraid to address the team on progress, while maintaining trust. You thrive in a supportive yet content-driven role. You are communicatively skilled in both Dutch and English (Cambridge C1 level or higher). You have experience with CRM systems like HubSpot (or learn quickly). You work independently but enjoy collaboration and connection. Salary indication: €4,200 – €5,750 based on 40 hours, depending on knowledge and experience. More about the Sales team You’ll be part of an ambitious and professional Sales & Marketing team that plays a direct role in executing our commercial strategy. Within Sales, you’ll work with two Sales Hunters, an Account Manager, the Sales Manager (your direct sparring partner), and the Commercial Director. We focus on international sales processes and serve large multinationals. Together with three Marketing colleagues, we form a close-knit team that collaborates intensively both strategically and operationally. Thanks to short lines of communication, monthly alignment, and a shared focus on customer and market insights, we always know what’s going on and where the opportunities lie. In this role, you’ll have plenty of room to improve processes, generate insights, and bring structure to the commercial playing field.
