Office based: Cambridge

Remuneration: £28,000 - £30,000 + bonus

The role of the Technical Sales Coordinator - Formwork & Falsework / Ground Engineering will involve:

- Technical sales coordinator selling a wide range of products such as groundworks, reinforcements, concrete accessories, waterproofing and engineered formwork and falsework solutions
- Selling to main contractors, builders merchants, end users and the trade
- Developing and maintaining good customer relationships
- Answering calls, following up on sales leads and dealing with all technical enquiries
- Provide support to the external sales team
- Produce quotations, verify invoices and following the process through to the end
- Keep track of orders to keep customer’s updated
- Dealing with projects ranging from small hire sales for £100 up to large bespoke projects of circa £600k
- Working within a team of 5
- Training and development provided to enhance product knowledge

The ideal applicant will be Technical Sales Coordinator - Formwork & Falsework / Ground Engineering with:

- Must have sales experience within the construction industry
- Preferably possess some construction distribution experience
- An understanding of the client base and the sales processes highly beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised, confident and personable
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- Ambitious individual keen to learn and grow with the company
- IT literate as required to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
