Provide administrative sales support to Sales and Service Department equally.
- Be additional point of contact for our Customers and Internal sales team taking calls, and assisting customers with any queries once full training provided.
- Assist with the Sales Department with processing Customer Order, and processing Purchaser orders in prompt and accurate manner, working in conjunction with Directors and Office Manager.
- Answering calls as professionally and efficiently as possible, supporting and assisting caller as much as possible.
- Warehouse support, accepted and thoroughly check deliveries

**Support the Service department with the following**:

- Processing Service Orders, contractors purchase orders, and suppliers order as required whilst working in conjunction with the Service Coordinator.
- Work in conjunction with the Service Department to maintain/overseeing Cambridge and Colchester warehouse and stocks, which will include: maintain current stocks are organised correctly, this is kept in correct order, placing orders to replenish merchandise as needed working in conjunction Directors.
- Travel to Cambridge office 1 or 2 days per week to support Sales Team and carry out the above at our offices

**Technical Sales Support**
- Approximately 30 to 40% of your time is to be dedicated to this area. In agreement with other sales staff, be responsible for particular clients and carry out tasks such as:

- Develop those customers ensuring that we are maximising sales. Identify their regular requirements and how best they can be supported by PumpSmart in respect of their business model.
- Maintain the CRM in relation to those customers ensuring all pertinent information is included.

**Knowledge and Skills required**
- Experience of SAGE 50
- Adept in the processing of Sales and Purchase Orders
- Run product queries, stock analysis and ensure accuracy of data input.
- Able to work independently and use own initiative
- Outstanding organisational skills, proficient, working to priorities and deadlines.

**Personal Development**
- Undertake appropriate and regular training and development to maintain knowledge and improve practice
- Keep up to date with current developments and changes in technological administrative capabilities.
- Participate in quarterly and annual performance reviews.

**Additional Services**
- Provide support and cover to other colleagues in their absence.
- Be flexible to change with a willingness to learn other skills and competencies.
- Happy to undertake additional tasks outside of core business hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £25,500.00 per year
