If so, our client is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their busy team

**Sales Administrator Duties**:
- Proactively assisting with the management of all inbound and outbound sales enquiries. This involves handling inbound and making outbound calls, general sales administration, preparing quotations, processing orders and helping to ensure that thye alwaysdeliver a consistently professional service to the clients.
- Liaising with the Project & Engineering Managers as well as their Fleet Support Desk ensuring that everyone has the necessary information to allow the work to successfully proceed.
- Helping to build long term client relationships by delivering a consistently responsive service with a friendly and professional manner
- Inputting and managing data within a CRM system
- Validating Fleet Project Lists. Where they are involved in projects for fleet clients, vehicle lists are often submitted to them on spreadsheets, and in addition to other functions, you will be responsible for initially seeing that such lists contain thenecessary information in the correct format.
- You will also be involved in a variety of other activities in support of the sales function of the business.
**Sales Administrator Requirements**:
- Proven experience within a customer service and/or sales / sales support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships effectively at all levels
- A strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-Motivation - This will be a busy and hopefully rewarding role and whilst you will have plenty of support around you, they are very much looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail
- Windows Based Computer and MS Office literate - You should be competent using a Windows based computer running a variety of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel.
**Sales Administrator Benefits**:
- **This will be a mostly remote work position with periodic meetings in either the Cambridge and/or Surrey areas.**:
