Job Description Repair Coordinator – Warrington Service Branch – Join Our Team Are you an experienced administrator ready for a new challenge? As Repair Coordinator you will collaborate closely with managers, oversee engineers and subcontractors, and support the field management team in achieving branch objectives for major and minor repairs. The role covers project delivery, health & safety, workforce coordination and customer service. Working hours: 08:00 – 16:45 Monday to Thursday; 08:00 – 15:45 Friday. Repair Coordinator Responsibilities Assist with planning, allocation and safety compliance for repair work, including risk assessments and method statements. Ensure proper use of compliance processes, PPE adherence and organise engineers’ equipment and documentation. Attend site meetings, write reports and alert the Field Repair Manager to potential issues or delays. Oversee completion of repair works, manage payment milestones, invoicing and procurement of materials. Investigate accidents/near‑misses, prepare contract variation quotes and handle any additional tasks assigned by senior management. Qualifications NVQ in Administration desirable or proven experience. Previous administration experience in a busy office environment; ability to plan, prioritise workloads and interpret/report accurate data. Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and colleagues at all levels. Benefits Market‑aligned salary paid monthly. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
