We'reinnovative, dynamic, and laser-focused on delivering unparalleled service toour franchisees and customers alike.Success in this role looks like:We are looking for a Fleet Compliance Coordinator for a 6month Fixed Term Contract in Warrington to help the Transport Department run smoothlyand safely We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual tomonitor and maintain the legal compliance and operational efficiency of ourvehicles in line with company policies and UK legislation.In this role, you'll work closely with the Fleet ComplianceTeam to ensure vehicles are serviced, MOT'd, and repaired promptly, minimizingdowntime and maximizing availability. You'll also manage relationships withsuppliers and insurers, keep accurate records, and suggest improvements toboost efficiency and reduce costs.Key Responsibilities:Overseevehicle servicing, MOTs, and accident repairs in line with company policyand legislation.Managethe vehicle defect process and service schedules to ensure maximum fleetavailability.Liaisewith third-party suppliers and insurers regarding accidents and damages.Monitordriver compliance and escalate any concerns or patterns as needed.Producereports and KPI information for the management team.HGV Compliance is a mustWhat's in it for you:Competitivesalary and performance-based bonuses.Competitivepension contributionsPrivatehealth and dental care.IncomeprotectionProfessionaldevelopment opportunities.Funteam events and a supportive work environment.Pizzadiscount
