Join us The Role Reporting to the Head of Premium Sales, this role plays a vital part within the team, responsible for the planning, execution, and fulfilment of hospitality and premium offerings across all events, products, and premium spaces. The position is instrumental in delivering a seamless, world-class experience for our customers at every touchpoint, ensuring excellence from initial engagement through to post-event satisfaction. You will be responsible for: Provide high-quality management information (MI) and detailed commercial financial analysis to support decision‑making. Identify and implement process and system improvements to enhance controls and efficiency. Lead monthly financial reviews with Department Heads to discuss results, forecasts, and performance. Prepare annual budgets and regular reforecasts, challenging departments to meet financial targets. Contribute to business planning and evaluate the financial impact and ROI of key initiatives and projects. You will have: Proven experience in customer-facing roles with outstanding customer service and relationship management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and use initiative. High attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Outlook. Experience with ticketing systems and a professional understanding of social media.
