The Role As a People Partner, you’ll play a key role in enabling leaders and teams to succeed by delivering people strategies that support business goals, engagement, and performance. Working closely with the Senior People Partner and alongside your peers across the global People team, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to managers, balancing operational delivery with growing strategic influence. You’ll have exposure to senior stakeholders and play a visible role in shaping and embedding initiatives across talent, culture, and leadership development. This role is ideal for someone who has solid HR experience and wants to deepen their business partnering expertise within a dynamic, fast-paced global organisation. Key Responsibilities Business Partnering Partner with managers and functional leads to deliver People Plans aligned with business objectives and global priorities. Act as a trusted advisor, providing pragmatic and commercially sound HR advice. Support workforce planning, talent development, and organisational design activities within your business area. Interpret people data and engagement insights to identify trends and recommend actions. Support initiatives that strengthen leadership, inclusion, and culture. Employee Relations & Policy Manage and coach managers through ER issues (performance, absence, conduct, redundancy, and grievances) ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes. Work with the Senior People Partner to identify and mitigate potential risk areas. Support continuous improvement of policies and practices to drive consistency and scalability. Talent, Engagement & Development Partner with the L&D and DEI teams to implement engagement, wellbeing, and learning initiatives. Support talent and performance processes, including goal-setting, reviews, and career conversations. Help identify high-potential talent and development needs across business areas. Operational Excellence Ensure smooth execution of people processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, promotions, exits, etc.). Maintain accurate employee data and reporting through SAGE HRIS. Support people change initiatives (e.g., restructuring, job levelling, TUPE) with the guidance of the Senior People Partner. Projects & Continuous Improvement Lead or contribute to people projects that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Identify process improvement opportunities and share best practices across regions. Champion Jellyfish’s values and inclusive culture through every interaction. Experience & Skills Experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or HR Advisor ready to step up, ideally within a fast-paced, creative, or tech environment. Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Demonstrated experience supporting line managers through the full employee lifecycle. Ability to interpret people data and use insights to drive decisions. Experience managing ER cases and providing confident, credible advice. Comfortable working across international teams and time zones. Proficient with HRIS (SAGE experience desirable) and HR analytics/reporting tools.
