Overview The People Partner is a key link between HR strategy and day-to-day business needs, engaging with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and people managers to provide tactical partnership and execution support on talent-related matters. The role provides an opportunity for professional development as an HR generalist and exposure to the breadth of responsibilities covered by HRBPs. The People Partner role is a mix of proactive planning (e.g., data and reporting, position management) and responsiveness to situations as they arise (e.g., exit interviews, performance issues, support for employee relations). Key Responsibilities Prepare data-driven insights and reporting for distribution Coordinate and drive position management maintenance and reconciliation Analyze pulse survey results to detect anomalies and identify patterns in the data to formulate hypotheses Engage on complex employee relations issues (leave cases, return to work, medical accommodations) Coach managers and employees on company policies and performance issues Conduct live exit interviews to elicit comprehensive feedback from voluntary separations Gather and input data into succession planning profiles Qualifications Proven experience in HR, talent management or generalist HR support role Excellent relationship management, and coaching skills to support and influence employees and managers Demonstrated ability to handle confidential employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data insights, AI, and technology for decision-making and reporting High attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment Effective change advocate, comfortable driving and supporting organizational transformation and continuous improvement What we offer in return Pension and annual bonus scheme, 25 days annual leave plus ability to purchase 5 additional days, Private Medical cover, Employee Share Purchase Plan, Life Assurance, Subsidised gym membership, Comprehensive Learning & development offerings, Employee Assistance program Integrity.
