Smile Education’s dedicated SEN team are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and nurturing special needs school based in Tamworth. This school caters for pupils from Nursery through to Year 6 across three sites, providing a high standard of care and education to children with a wide range of needs.About the RoleAs a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will become an essential part of a highly skilled professional team, supporting students in both small groups and on a one-to-one basis to help them thrive in class and achieve their individual milestones. The children’s needs vary significantly, so flexibility, empathy, and adaptability are key to success in this role.
