You will join a supportive team of Teaching Assistants, Mentors and Teachers who work together to help each pupil thrive. Job Role Provide 1‑2‑1 support for pupils with SEMH needs as a Teaching Assistant. Work as a Teaching Assistant to help pupils engage positively in lessons. Support teachers with classroom routines and lesson delivery. Assist with emotional regulation strategies and behaviour support. Work collaboratively with other Teaching Assistants and teaching staff. Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to encourage progress. Requirements Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, Youth Worker, or similar. Confidence managing challenging behaviours in a supportive way. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. A patient, compassionate and resilient approach. A genuine interest in supporting young people to succeed.
