Location Glasgow Office Responsibilities Update internal systems on receipt of customer orders/insurance work. Regularly contact customers via email and telephone to agree suitable dates for works to be carried out. Order materials as required and work with company technicians to resolve any technical queries. Manage incoming materials, collate and arrange distribution to in‑house engineers and subcontractors. On completion of repairs close down the order ensuring that monthly targets are achieved. Manage the live order book, forecast production and provide accurate reporting to the management team. Manage and guide customer expectations on the company’s services. Qualifications We expect you to have gained experience within a role where you have built effective relationships with internal and external customers, gaining their trust and respect through meeting and exceeding their expectations. Confident and proficient at using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, databases, online portals) and able to work independently. Key interpersonal skills: approachable, organised and able to work to demanding deadlines. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within set timelines. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
