Repairs Coordinator – Orona UK Orona is a global company focused on designing, manufacturing, installing, maintaining and modernising lifts, escalators, moving ramps and walkways. We operate in 100 countries, with 330,000 lifts worldwide, and have 2 manufacturing plants. We are Number 1 in Europe in terms of complete lift production capacity. Position: Based onsite in our Glasgow Office. Responsibilities Updating internal systems on receipt of customer orders, insurance works, etc. Regular contact with customers via email and telephone to agree suitable dates for works. Ordering materials as required and supporting company technicians with any technical queries. Managing inwards materials, collating and arranging distribution to in‑house engineers and sub‑contractors. Closing repairs upon completion, ensuring monthly targets are achieved. Managing the live order book, forecasting production and providing accurate reporting to management. Managing and guiding customer expectations on the company’s services. Supporting regional office service administration functions, including the call center. Qualifications Experience building effective relationships with internal and external customers, gaining their trust and respect through meeting/exceeding expectations. Confident and proficient at using Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel, databases and online portals; able to work independently. Key interpersonal skills: approachable, organised, capable of meeting demanding deadlines.
